how Intro works

From registering to finding that ideal job or employee, Intro is fast, accurate and simple to use.

• On registering you will be emailed a unique User ID number which along with your password will give you access to your dedicated, personal area within the system
• From your secured area simply create your profile using a combination of sector specific menus and free form text boxes and then activate it
• All vacancies remain active on the system for 30 days. During that period the system continuously scans for matches in its central database. Once matched, it notifies the candidate that they have a vacancy to view, which they either reject or apply to by forwarding their CV profile. This triggers an automatic notification to the employer that they have applicants for their vacancy
• This sequence and process not only guarantees the candidates privacy but more importantly their ‘real time’ availability and interest in the vacancy to the employer
• Employers are then able to view all of the CVs they receive over the full 30 day period. On ‘unlocking’ the vacancy the system notifies candidates that they are under consideration. The employer then notifies them that they have either been unsuccessful or wanted for interview
