How much does it cost?
With Intro there are no upfront fees and you can place multiple vacancy profiles and view matched CVs from interested
applicants without incurring charges. The only cost you incur is when you wish to unlock the CVs contact details. A single
fixed fee of £650 unlocks all of the matched CVs you receive over the whole 30 day vacancy profile posting.
However, if you become a 'Gateway Partner' then only the first payment in any 12-month period is £650 (this covers annual
site management). For the rest of the year the fees are automatically halved and you receive additional discounts depending
on the number of candidates registering their CVs via your Gateway link over the year. With costs reduced by
50-70%, you only pay between £325- £195. Remember, you are only ever charged when you are completely happy with the matches
and wish to unlock the contact details. See
Intro network on the menu bar.
How many vacancies can I put on the system?
There is no limit to the number of vacancy profiles you can place on Intro.
How do I know when I have responses to my vacancy?
The system automatically sends you an email. Simply log on to Intro and view the applicant's CVs in your Vacancy Manager.
Can I sort CV responses?
You can sort CVs by field criteria such as skill sets. Intro's system allows you to rank the responses by preferences i.e. a
respondent with more of your selected skills will be ranked higher than those with less.
Is there a restriction on the number of CVs I can receive on each vacancy?
No. There is no limit to the number of CVs you can receive however positions with a broad skill remit will result in a wide
number of possible candidates whilst more specialist roles will return fewer respondents.
Where do candidates come from?
Candidates will come into the system either direct or via the Intro button gateways of professional bodies, industry and
commercial businesses' websites. This gives you a resource pool of potentially thousands of qualified candidates from
numerous sites.
What if I'm unhappy with the matches or receive no response to my vacancy?
As long as you don't request to 'unlock' the CVs contact details there is no fee. Remember, there are no upfront payments of
any kind.
What is a Gateway Partner?
A Gateway Partner is any company, professional body or organisation etc that, by placing a free 'Intro button' on their
website, provides a link into the Intro system for them and for any other traffic using their site. Intro pays 50-70%
commission (£325 - £455) of any fees generated via a gateway to that Gateway Partner. See
Intro network on the menu
bar.
Can I become a Gateway Partner?
Yes, all you need is your own website. We provide a simple link that sits on your site which not only reduces your own
recruiting fees by 50 - 70% but also has the potential to provide you with a source of additional revenue - you automatically
receive 50-70% (£325 - £455) of any recruitment fees paid to Intro by employers registering and using the Intro system via
your website. See
Intro network on the menu bar.
Can I generate revenue by becoming a Gateway Partner?
Yes. By having the Intro button you will automatically receive between 50-70% of any recruitment fees paid to Intro by
employers registering and using the Intro system via your website. See
Intro network on the menu bar.
Will candidates be told of the vacancy's salary?
No. Not unless you choose this option when you create a profile. Intro operates a blind matching system on salary
requirements, which ensures that your vacancy will only be sent to candidates willing to work for your maximum offer or
less.
